Ms. Kathleen Jackson To All Instructors

Kathleen Jackson has been a part of Spectrum since 2016, first as a parent, then as a teacher/parent since 2017. The Jackson family has also been a part of Homesteaders since 2013. Kathleen has enjoyed homeschooling her 3 daughters, with Rachel now in her sophmore year at Spectrum. Kathleen has a background in nursing, in the NICU for 28 years, and now in home health. She began studying American Sign Language (ASL) many years ago at Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC), where she met many interesting deaf people who graciously took time to help further her communication skills. It is a beautiful language, and she looks forward to helping others learn this new language. Kathleen enjoys playing guitar, gardening, writing, and spending time with adventuring with Rachel.
